- Products live in commercial production today. Cambialeón (Spanish residential energy switching), VoyaChat (travel insurance distribution), QuiqSim (travel eSIM B2B reseller provisioning). Position in one sentence
Seldon is not betting against WhatsApp usage. Seldon is betting against WhatsApp dependency.
Scope and caveats
- Seldon’s canonical positioning is WhatsApp-dependency reduction, workflow portability, and sovereignty options. Substrate work belongs to Matrix, Element, OpenDesk, EUDI Wallet, GAIA-X, EuroStack, and adjacent ecosystem builders.
- Spanish public-sector entry is gated by ENS certification under Royal Decree 311/2022 (https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2022-7191). ENS-certification is not in hand today; pathway is positioned, not certified.
- Matrix is the first sovereignty-aligned proof anchor Seldon is validating; governance and end-to-end validation items pending end-to-end validation. This is not a production claim.
- EU-headquartered provider posture reduces US-parent jurisdiction exposure; legal qualification remains procurement-specific.
